Hunter Beef Sandwiches


Hunter Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Hunter beef shredded 200 gm
Capsicum 1 finely chopped
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Jalapeno pepper 8 to 10 slices
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Tomato 1 finely cubed
Hot dog buns 4
Butter and mayonnaise to spread on buns

Method:

Shred hunter beef, mix with all the given ingredients, spread in toasted hot dog buns, grill till toasted, serve hot.


(RECIPE FOR HUNTER BEEF)
Recipe Ingredients
1 kg Beef
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 cup White vinegar
10-12 Garlic
2 tsp Black pepper crushed
2-3 tbsp Butter
as required Salt

Recipe Method:
With the help of a sharp knife poke holes into the beef. Insert a garlic clove into each hole. In a mixing bowl mix together the white vinegar, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Spread the mixture onto the beef, cover with a plastic bag and  leave for marination over night.
Steam in a steamer for 30-35 minutes.Then Bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes.

Mini cheese Burgers




Mini Cheese Burgers

Ingredients:

1. Chicken bonless 1 fillet (200g) mince
2. Black & white pepper (2tsp)
3. Salt (1tsp)
4. Cheddar cheese ( 1 cup shredded )
5.Egg 1
6.Breadcrumbs
7. Henz chilli mayo sauce
8. lettuce
9. Mini burgers (8-10)
10. Cheese slice (3)

Method:

1. mix chicken mince with white pepper, black pepper, salt and cheese. 
2. make small balls of mince. Dab it with hands to shape it. 
3. Roll in breadcrumbs, Then dip in beaten egg and roll in crumbs one more time.
4. Shallow fry for three to five minutes until golden brown.
5. Cut the buns in to two halves. toast them a little with butter in pan. 
6. Cut each cheese slice into 4 small pieces.
7. Add chilli mayo sauce on both sides on bun. lettuce, cheese and chicken slice in the end. Cover with other half.
8. Do same with rest of the burgers.
9. Serve with french fries and ketchup.

Sev Ki Barfi




Sev Ki Barfi 


Required Ingredients
Khoya 300g
Vermicelli 500g
Sugar 250g
Ghee 150g
Fried almonds 1tbsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp

Method:-
Cook the vermicelli in sufficient water. Add the sugar and cook till the vermicelli is done and it leaves the sides of the pot. Now stir the ghee and add the minced khoya. Then stir in the cardamom powder .Pour the mixture onto a greased tray, level the mixture and decorate with fried almonds.Allow it to cool and cut into square shapes

Fresh Mint & Lemon Drink



Recipe Ingredients

  • Mint leaves8
  • Ice cubes1 cup
  • White soda1 cup
  • Caster sugar2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp

Recipe Method

  1. Blend together 2 tbsp lemon juice, 8 mint leaves, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 cup ice cubes and 1 cup white soda drink.
  2. Blend well, pour in serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

Nandos Grilled Chicken







Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg with skin cut into 4 tikka pieces
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ¾ tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled
  • Paprika 1 ½ tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 3 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp

Recipe Method

  1. Marinate chicken with Soya sauce 2 tbsp, Black pepper ¾ tsp, Garlic paste 2 tsp, Wooster sauce 2 tbsp, Oil 4 tbsp, Lemon juice 4 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp leveled, Paprika 1 ½ tbsp, Peri peri sauce 3 tbsp, Meat tenderizer 1 tsp for 2 hours, grill chicken pieces in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, remove in a frying pan with its marinade, pan fry for 8 to 10 minutes till light golden, serve with fries.

Chicken Corn Pasta



Recipe Ingredients

Chicken Marinade:
Chicken Boneless, thin strips  4 breast fillet
Salt 1 tsp level
White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chinese Salt  1 tsp
Chili Sauce  1 Tbsp
Oregano  1 tsp
Egg  1 beaten
Corn flour  2 Tbsp
Sweet Corn  1 Can
Capsicum (Juliennes)  2
Garlic chopped 3 cloves
Mushrooms sliced  4 to 5
Oil  1/4  cup
White Sauce:
Butter   2 tbsp
Flour   3 Tbsp
Chicken Stock  1 1/2 Cup
Milk   1 1/2 cup
Mustard Paste  1 tsp
Salt  To Taste
White Pepper 1/4 tsp
Cheddar Cheese  2 slices or 2 Tbsp
Pasta:
Cavatappi pasta (spiral macaroni)  3 cups
Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) 200 gm 0r 1 cup heaped
Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce  1/2 to 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp


Recipe Method


Cut the chicken  into  strips ,season  with salt and white pepper. Add Chinese salt, chili sauce, oregano, egg and corn flour .Allow to marinate
Sauté garlic in oil until its color changes to a golden brown
Pan fry chicken for 5 minutes,
Add the  sweet corn and capsicum .Sauté for a few minutes and keep aside
Boil pasta for 6-8 minutes  with 1 tsp  salt strain and keep aside
For white sauce, heat butter, add flour, stock, milk, mustard, salt, white pepper, cheddar cheese whisk till  it thickens
Assemble:
Grease oven proof dish, layer with all the pasta, sprinkle all the mozzarella cheese, followed by the prepared chicken  and  chili garlic sauce. Finally pour all the white sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, dot with chili garlic sauce and butter
Bake in Pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. at 180 degrees or until the  white saucebegins to  boil.
Serve with garlic bread

Recipe Ingredients

  • Boneless breast fillet 4 flatten
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten mixed with 1 tbsp milk
  • Corn crumbs ½ cup
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
  • Cucumber 1 cut into tiny cubes
  • Onion 1 small cut into tiny cubes
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Ingredients for sauce
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • French dressing 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chatni 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp

Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich



Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich

Ingredients:Chicken boneless 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Onion (cut into rings) 3
Spinach finely chopped 1 cup
Mayonnaise 4tbsp
Cream cheese 2tbsp
Fuchsia bread 1
Brown Sugar 1tbsp
Method to grill onions:
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add onion rings with 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Cook for 2 minutes and removed. 

Method for sandwich:
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar and Worcester sauce. Now grill for 5 minutes. Remove. Cut spinach finely and mix with mayonnaise cream cheese and chicken.
Cut bread from centre, spread filling on to bread, cover with bread and grill till done. Cut into triangular pieces and serve.
