Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich

Ingredients:Chicken boneless 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Onion (cut into rings) 3
Spinach finely chopped 1 cup
Mayonnaise 4tbsp
Cream cheese 2tbsp
Fuchsia bread 1
Brown Sugar 1tbsp
Method to grill onions:
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add onion rings with 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Cook for 2 minutes and removed. 

Method for sandwich:
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar and Worcester sauce. Now grill for 5 minutes. Remove. Cut spinach finely and mix with mayonnaise cream cheese and chicken.
Cut bread from centre, spread filling on to bread, cover with bread and grill till done. Cut into triangular pieces and serve.

Lahori chargah

                                   

Ingredients
1.Whole chicken…………………01 kg.
2.Salt …………………..to taste.
3.Garlic & ginger paste…………...02 tbs.
4.Plain yogurt……………………1/2 cup.
5.Roasted coriander seed crushed….1/2 tsp.
6.Roasted cumin seed crushed………1/2 tsp.
7.Roasted black pepper………………1/2 tsp.
8.Lemon juice………………………..02 tbs.
9.Orange color………………………..as needed.
10.Oil…………………………………..2 tbs.
11.Oil for frying………………………..01 liter.
Method
Take 01 kg whole chicken, for marinating take a bowl, put ½ cup plain yogurt, 02 tbs ginger & garlicpaste,
½ tps roasted coriander seeds crushed, ½ tps roasted cumin seeds crushed, ½ tps roasted black peeper crushed, 02tbs lemon juice, 02 tbs oil, salt as to taste & orange color as needed. Mix the material well, marinade the whole chicken into the marination sauce, and leave it for ½ hour.
Take a wok, put 01 liter in it , as the oil get hot at medium heat, put the marinated chicken into the hot oil to fry, as the chicken is fried, remove it from the fire. While all this steps are done, put the steamer on the fire to get hot & the steam is formed. Put the fried whole chicken into the steamer to get steamed. Let it get cook for ½ hour. Remove it from the steamer; serve it on a platter with hot Nan bread & Rita
