Ingredients


1.Beef under cut cubes……………..1/2 kg.

2.Salt & pepper……………………..to taste.
3.Garlic chopped……………………01 tea spoon.
4.White vinegar…………………….01 table spoon.
5.Onion juice……………………….1/2 cup.
6.Oil………………………………….02 table spoon.


Method.

1.Take ½ kg beef under-cut meat piece, cut into 1 inch cube shape. Put the in a bowl, marinate with Salt & pepper to taste, 01 tea spoon chopped garlic, 01 table spoon white vinegar, ½ cup onion juice & 02 table spoon oil. Mix the properly, leave it for rest for 15 minutes.
2.Put the in wooden skewer’s in each skewer put 5 pieces of marinated beef cubes. Take a pan grill or you can use charcoal grill. Put the pan grill on the fire to get really hot, brush some oil on it put the beef skewer’s one by one on the hot grill to cook, grill from both sides, till it is golden brown, remove it from the grill. Serve it with hot Kuboos & Nan bread & green salad.
